Coordinator for Customer Reception at Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2)

About the Unit

The Logistics Unit (LogE) supports the other units of the garrison with, among other things, workshop operations, technical training, service stores, and goods reception. The unit provides the operations within Eksjö garrison with materials and supplies and is responsible for the storage of materials and supplies for the garrison's combat units.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, leads, and allocates daily work within the customer reception and supports the manager in planning, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Develops the team through guidance, coaching, experience exchange, and introduction of new employees.
  • Ensures a uniform and qualitative customer management according to applicable agreements, procurements, and regulations.
  • Participates in improvement and development work within the customer reception.
  • Operates as a customer receiver with administration and planning of the Armed Forces' maintenance needs, coordination with workshops and suppliers, and technical customer support.
  • Assesses maintenance measures, manages materials, books maintenance work, and plans transports.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as a customer receiver in vehicle-related operations or equivalent work in vehicle technology.
  • Experience in coordinating, guiding, or leading others in daily work.
  • Good technical understanding of vehicles and maintenance.
  • Good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Driver's license B.

Desirable

  • Experience working within the Armed Forces.
  • Experience in business development or improvement work.
  • Knowledge of/experience with the systems SAP/PRIO/LIFT.
  • High school diploma with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent knowledge that the employer assesses as equivalent.
  • Training in leadership, guidance, or coaching.

Employment type: Permanent employment, starting with a six-month probationary period.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Eksjö, travel may occur.
Start date: By agreement.
Salary: Individual salary setting.
Working hours: Normal working hours are Monday-Friday, but work in the evenings and weekends may occur.
